Where Forte is
Forte sits in the Opera District, the south-west corner of Downtown Dubai. Straight-line distances from Forte's outline on OpenStreetMap, rounded:

Walking routes are longer than straight lines because of road crossings, so allow extra time. Dubai Opera is the landmark to give a taxi driver if they don't know Forte.
Tower 1 and Tower 2
The two towers are part of one development and share one set of residents' facilities. Tower 1 is the taller of the two. You'll find different floor counts and handover dates online, and they don't agree with each other. Rather than repeat a number we can't check, we leave them out.
Of our six apartments:
- The 3-bedroom is on the 18th floor of Forte Tower 1, according to its host.
- One 2-bedroom is in Forte Tower 2. It's rated 4.86 from 14 reviews, but its calendar had no open nights through January 2027 when we checked.
- For the other four, tell us if the tower matters to you and we'll confirm before you book.
What residents share
These are the shared spaces that appear in our apartments' own photos:
- Lobby and reception: a double-height lobby with a reception desk and lounge seating, with the FORTE name on the wall.
- Pool deck: an outdoor pool with sun loungers, surrounded by the Downtown towers.
- Gym: free weights, strength machines, treadmills and bikes.
- Children's playroom: an indoor soft-play room, plus a small outdoor play lawn.
- Squash court and residents' lounge, as shown in one host's photos.
The building runs these, not us. Opening hours and access rules are set by the building.
Views from Forte
What you see depends on the side and the floor. From our apartments' photos:
- Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain: our 4-bedroom looks straight at both from its balcony.
- Downtown towers: the 3-bedroom looks between the neighbouring Downtown towers, with a glimpse of the fountain lake.
- City and road: the 2-bedroom that sleeps 6 looks away from the Burj, over a main road.
