Both list the residents' pool and gym, parking, a full kitchen and a washing machine. The 3-bedroom also lists a dishwasher, self check-in with a smart lock, and an Ethernet connection.
The 4-bedroom: for the view
This is the apartment in our hero photo. From its balcony you look straight at the Burj Khalifa, with the Dubai Fountain lake below. The living room seats a group around a large dining table, and its photos show a PlayStation and board games. Check your dates for the live total.
The 3-bedroom: for space
Four and a half bathrooms for seven guests means little queueing in the morning. Its host describes it as on the 18th floor of Forte Tower 1, with a maid's room. The photos show a large open living and dining area, a balcony, and twin rooms that suit children.
For the children
