The 4-bedroom in depth
This is the largest apartment we have at Forte.
- Sleeps ten in six beds, across four bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms.
- Views: its listing records both a Burj Khalifa view and a Dubai Fountain view — the only one of our three Forte apartments with the fountain. It also records a balcony.
- In the listing: pool, gym, parking, a washing machine and self check-in. It does not record a dedicated workspace.
- Rating: 5.0 on Airbnb; the number of reviews behind it wasn't recorded.
- Where: the host places it on Downtown Boulevard and describes it as family-friendly; we haven't verified either.
Dates: every night from 7 October to 18 December 2026 was open when we checked — 73 nights in a row. It is booked from 19 December through 31 January 2027. The minimum stay is two nights (one night on 7–9 October).
Prices: we don't have a current price for this apartment for October onwards. The last nightly medians we recorded, including 5% VAT, were:
