What's confirmed from public sources
Listings on PropertyFinder and Bayut describe Forte parking as covered, secure, and allocated within the building podium. Both towers share the same parking infrastructure and access points. Visitor parking is available on a limited basis — typical of Downtown Dubai towers.
- Format: covered, in-podium, shared between Forte 1 and Forte 2
- Security: gated, monitored, residential-card access
- Visitor parking: limited; supplemented by paid public parking nearby
- Allocation ratio: standard Emaar Downtown convention is one bay per 1- and 2-bedroom unit, with two bays often included on 3-bedroom units — confirm on the unit's Title Deed
How to confirm before buying or renting
For a sale, parking allocation is recorded on the Title Deed and the original Oqood (if any). Ask the seller for a copy. For a rental, the tenancy contract should specify the bay number(s); if it doesn't, request a written addendum before signing.
EV charging at Forte
EV charging in Downtown Dubai apartment buildings is rolled out by the OA per bay. Forte's public listings don't state current EV provisioning. If you drive an EV, ask Emaar Community Management for the current count of EV-ready bays in the podium and the policy on installing your own charger (most Emaar OAs allow it subject to an approved electrician and meter).
